I am a cisgender indigenous female, and my pronouns are she/her.
I graduated with my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler Graduate School. I enjoy working with people dealing with depression, grief/loss, anxiety, suicidality, complex trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence/abuse, stress management, and self-esteem.
I am a provider who utilizes holistic approaches in my work with clients. I believe that the therapy experience is powerful and helps individuals to find their voice, begin healing and move towards peace. It is essential for clients to have a strong and positive relationship with their therapist in order to grow. We all need a strong support system to navigate our struggles. I hope to offer clients a safe space to learn about themselves and to find their inner strengths.
I love attending concerts, spending time with my husband, family, and friends, beading, and immersing myself in nature.
